Jill Lao ships from our location in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Standard shipping rates and delivery options will be shown upon check out. Due to the worldwide pandemic, you may experience some delays in shipping.
Domestic Shipping
For ready-to-wear items, excluding preorders: All domestic orders are shipped via local couriers. For Metro Manila deliveries (via Grab), you will receive your package within 2 to 7 business days. For provincial deliveries (via LBC), kindly expect your package within 5 to 10 business days.
International Shipping
Jill Lao ships internationally through our partnership with Fedex. You may expect your package within 3 to 10 business days depending on your destination. We aim to get your order to you as fast as possible, but please allow a bit of patience as delivery time varies due to delivery address, customs clearance, and Covid-related delays. Please note that additional taxes and duties may apply depending on your country’s specific import laws.
Orders are usually fulfilled within 36-48 hours, Monday to Friday except holidays.

Please note that once item/s is with courier and tracking number has been provided, Jill Lao will not be liable for any loses, delays, tampered packaging, etc. Kindly contact the assigned courier directly for assistance.
