For the purposes of this Exchange Policy, these definitions shall apply:
Company (referred to as either “Jill Lao,” “The Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to JTL Vision de la Mode Design Studio, 65 Calle Industria, Bagumbayan, Quezon City, Philippines, 1110.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Order/s mean a request by you to purchase Goods from us.
Service refers to the website.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is acccessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Domestic Exchange Policy (for Philippines only)
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange it for the same value of the purchased price (this may be a different size, a different style, or Jill Lao store credit).
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your Goods to request an exchange for the same value of the purchased price. If the item to be exchanged is priced lower than the original item, the balance shall be applied to store credit. If the item to be exchanged is priced higher than the original item, customer shall pay the difference.
In order for Goods to be eligible for exchange, please ensure that:
- the Goods were purchased in the last 14 days;
- the Goods are unworn, unaltered, and undamaged;
- the Goods were not used for any kind of private or public photography;
- the Goods have original tags attached and intact, and in its original packaging.
Jill Lao reserves the right to deny the return if the hang tags have been cut off or reattached in any way. If the returned items are used, soiled, damaged, or have any form of perfume/scent on the Goods, your return will not be approved. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not accepted for an exchange.
Please note that we do not have a return policy. Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty when it is received.
Any discounted Goods are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process (for Philippines only)
To start an exchange, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org with the email used to make the purchase and your order number. If the exchange is accepted, we will provide the destination address, as well as instructions on how to send your package. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Once we have received the item(s) to be exchanged, we will dispatch the new size or style and ship it to you.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue an exchange without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Jill Lao reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise which do not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your expense, and a refund will not be issued.
International Returns and Exchanges
At this time, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges to our international customers.
Damages and Issues
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us within 12 hours of receiving your purchase. Please send images of the damages and all information email@example.com with your order numer in the subject of the email.
