What is a Trunkshow?

Trunkshow orders, also known as preorders, refer to items from the next collections. They are made to order specifically for you and are currently not in stock.

WHY SHOULD I PRE-ORDER?
Trunkshows offer you exclusive first dibs on new season items, giving you early access before everyone else. They’re also a sustainable way to shop, allowing us to adopt conscious manufacturing methods by minimizing textile waste. When you preorder with us, you are supporting our environmental efforts and our commitment to foster mindful shopping habits.

HOW DOES IT WORK? 
Upon preordering, we offer you the option to pre-pay 50% or the full amount:

• If you decide to pre-pay 50%, we will send you the final invoice prior to shipment, which includes the 50% balance plus shipping fees.

• If you opt to pre-pay the full amount, we will ship your order out as soon as it’s ready, which may be earlier than published.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND? 
You may cancel your trunk show order at any time prior to shipment for a Gift Voucher. Please note that cancellations will only be accepted prior to shipment.
